David has been with the District since 2006, diligently working his way up to become Chief Operator. He and one other Operator maintain the entire system of three active wells, several booster stations and tanks as well as over 30 miles of pipeline and numerous hydrants. He makes sure it stays flowing smoothly by, amongst many other things, performing regular checks; taking samples for testing; replacing worn parts; reading meters and a myriad of other tasks, all with a cheerful smile!
David loves plants and trees and loves to fill his garden with a wide variety of interesting flora including a thriving fish pond.
