James was appointed to the Board in December of 2012 and elected in 2014. His term  will continue until December 2022. He is involved in production agriculture, sustainable Ag education and agricultural research.  He is interested in water conservation techniques and education for the community regarding safeguarding and sustaining the aquifer.
